Alpha Management was looking to expand their brick and mortar operations of foster care placement and assisting children and adults with special needs, and they requested the services of SGS Contracting to help them transform an existing doctor’s office into a functional office to satisfy their needs.
The project consisted of a general construction upfit of 2,000 square feet of office space. This included a reconfigured layout, ceiling grid and tile, floor finishes, plumbing, light fixtures, electrical, and painting.
