General Contracting
SGS Contracting takes drawings and constructs them into the finished product Owners expect. We are able to draw upon our years of experience of various market sector projects to safely and effectively execute the project as intended by the Designer and Owner. Through our extensive subcontractor database we are able to ensure quality construction on schedule and within budget.
Construction Management
SGS Contracting serves as the liaison between the Owner and the Design Team, protecting the interest of the Owner at all times. We facilitate communication with the team and actively engage in problem-solving solutions mitigating negative impacts to the schedule and budget. This approach eliminates the adversarial nature between the designer and the builder.
Subcontractor
With our extensive experience as a General Contractor and Construction Manager, we are a prime candidate to service large projects focusing on interior renovations, including, but not limited to; general trades, partitions, and accessories. SGS Contracting understands the importance of quality, communication, scheduling, and safety as the lead on projects, and this understanding transfers to our work as a subcontractor.
