Beard Hall is the cornerstone facility for the Eshlelman School of Pharmacy at UNC Chapel Hill, originally built in 1960.
This renovation of Beard Hall consisted of the north hall of the 1st and 2nd floors, and the core of the entire 4-story building. The 1st and 2nd floor renovations included new classrooms, seminar rooms, offices, conference rooms, parenteral and simulation laboratories. A new central stair and restrooms for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors, as well as mechanical, electrical and plumbing upgrades. New exterior hardscapes and accessible entrance were included.
